Dana Mitchell, Director & CEO. Passionate about food and flavour, recognised for innovation in the food industry, and having had an active commercial career for major organisations in New Zealand and overseas, Dana’s background and experiences as a mother have contributed to the development of the Stages line of products.

Darcy Sheffield, Director & Operations Manager. Darcy has a background in engineering and operational management, with previous roles in market leading manufacturing firms. His knowledge of resource planning and manufacturing contributes to the packaging and processes developed by Stages. A loving father to the couple’s young children, he likes engineering things to keep the household running smoothly and efficiently.

Robyn Pagonis, Supply Chain Management Consultant. With a career in marketing and supply chain management for major FMCG firms in New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific Rim, Robyn manages the preferred supplier programme for Stages, and contributes to marketing planning. A consummate foodie and home-chef, Robyn is always a welcome volunteer in the Stages test kitchen.
